So, before shooting off a cowboy style list of demands, familiarize yourself with the open trouble-tickets ( http://code.google.com/p/kontrollbase/issues/list ) as well as looking at some other monitoring systems that feature items that Kontrollbase does not yet cover (io utilization, partition block size, query analyzer, etc). Then write up a quick email and shoot it off to support@kontrollsoft.com or leave a well worded comment and explanation of the feature’s benefits for review – any fresh ideas that are chosen for the new release will get a $25 gift certificate to Amazon.
