Can you paste in a “show global status; show global variables;” here so that I can see what values you have across the board? I've never run into these issues on any mysql version yet out of several hundred servers.

You've hit the limit of the operating system's 32bit limitation for UNSIGNED BIGINT values.

I should also note that the solution is simply to use mysql 64bit on a 64bit server if you expect to be inserting values that require 64bit addressing.

Not the operating system causes the system.
