Kontrollsoft is available for support most hours of the day. The most efficient way to get a problem solved is to search and/or post on the forums as someone might have run into the same issue that you need an answer to. We have a ticketing system for submitting support requests, you can find it here: http://support.kontrollsoft.com. We are also available via many instant messenger protocols and email as well. The bug tracking system is reserved solely for making us aware of an issue with the software once you have it installed and working.

Online Support
If the status says “offline” please start a conversation – sometimes Meebo reports the status incorrectly when we are actually online. We are working to address this issue with Meebo.
