Kontrollsoft is available for support most hours of the day. We’re 24×7 on-call people so chances are we will respond to your queries asap. The most efficient way to get a problem solved is to search and/or post on the forums as someone might have run into the same issue that you need an answer to. After that, the best method during business hours is via instant messenger. If all else fails the regular email method works too. IRC is generally reserved for longer planned chats or group discussion.
